Its a marketplace where wholesalers, retailers and customers can interact. Sellers get a dashboard to manage their stores, products and orders. We take care delivery of orders.

Services and products can be location based but we also sell products that are available globally. If any service or product not available for your location, your order will not be processed and refund will be initiated if paid in any case. 

Yes, you can track your orders for any product or service from my account section. For quotes also you can track your orders.

You can register yourself as vendor to get started. However, you need to provide some documents as verification. Once your store becomes active, you can add products, manage inventory, orders and everything else. You can also buy products for your store at wholesale rates.

It depends on type of products and services. If product or service is refundable, 100% refund will be processed within 2 working days.

It actually depends on your location. If product is from nearest location or within our store zone, it will be delivered same day or within 24 hour. If product is not in our delivery zone, we will ship your order within a working day. In this case, order will be delivered by one of our delivery partner.

We use secured payment gateways to avail sellers to collect payments using UPI, internet banking, credit and debit cards, wallets, etc. Customers also have option for cash on delivery for store pickup orders or as configured by sellers.
